Cannabidiol (CBD) is a 100% natural chemical. It is what’s referred to as a “phytocannabinoid,” which means it belongs to a class of molecules that interact with endocannabinoid receptors in the human body. These receptors belong to the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS), which is responsible for essentially all of our homeostatic functions. As humans, each and every one of us produces “endocannabinoids.  Among other things, the receptors have been shown to influence things like mood, depression, anxiety, appetite, and even pain and inflammation. When we have a deficiency in the amount of natural endocannabinoids in our body, then, you might suspect that any (or all) of these systems can be thrown entirely out of sync. CBD can reduce sleep difficulties and improve sleep quality.

Apple cider vinegar is made from apple cider that has undergone fermentation to form health promoting probiotics and enzymes.

Like I state in the video, myself and my children take CBD + CBDa in the morning (5 drops) along with Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tablespoon).

Once a month in the evening, we each take 3 drops 3% CBD. We are not sick, but actually extremely healthy, but I believe in a preventative way of life, rather than waiting until after we get sick to introduce amazing superfoods into our morning and evening routine.
