My talk in Tampa on how to Eliminate Back Pain Forever.

A large number of today’s population suffer from the same back care issues as a result of remaining in a seated position for excessive periods of time (driving, seated at a desk etc.)

Back problems are usually the result of the cumulative effect of five major factors:

1) Poor Posture – how we sit, stand and move.
2) Faulty Body Mechanics – how we lift, push, pull, or move objects
3) Stressful Living and Working Habits – staying in one position for too long or not learning to relax.
4) Loss of Body Flexibility – becoming stiff and unable to utilize the full range of the body’s movement capabilities.
5) Poor Physical Condition – losing the strength and endurance necessary to perform physical tasks without strain.
